Psalm 2

My god, My god is like a magnetic field
that encompasses the earth,
and permeates the planet's shell,
while tracing through its girth.

Invisible and ever-present
this being which I praise,
for the subtly bends and gently prods
that validate my days.

But without substance, without form,
doubt invades my mind,
For my hardened eyes and prickly skin
has never felt his kind.

And yet with ears and vibrant strings,
that free me from my cage
I feel the touch of fields of love
that lifts me from this page.
