Colored Rain - Green

Liquid envy falls,
falls from this sickly sky.

As I stand on this lonely hill,
the rain does dissolve the roots
of the living carpet beneath my feet.

It, IT, whose collective consciousness
rusts the iron nail,
acidifies the soil,
contaminates the eyes of water beneath the ground,
and corrodes the earth's deep core.

The planet heaves,

phlegmatically coughing,
quakedly wretching,
and vomits,
vomits an even more vile reality.

A victim to the seige,
this diseased seige,
the whimper-failing earth,
utters...
its last words...
final breath...

Boredom shall not feed you...
Boredom...
shall not... cannot feed...
and I...
shall return...
when you starve.

Joey, this is Catherine Con.

What are the victim's words supposed to mean exactly?
